Laura Morales is the founder of Energize Your Outlook, a coaching, speaking, training and consulting practice. Laura focuses primarily on helping organizations improve performance through enhanced communications and skill development. She also teaches The Art of Networking class at Rice University’s Glasscock School of Continuing Studies.

Prior to launching her business in July, 2005, Laura spent nearly 23 years in the rapidly changing telecommunications industry. She held a variety of positions throughout her successful career at Sprint and AT&T in sales management, support management, marketing and international business development. A consummate optimist, Laura was consistently called upon to bring energy and motivation to the organizations she led to achieve desired results.

Laura is also active in her community. She served on the Board of Directors for Harris County Children’s Protective Services for 3 years and was the Treasurer on that board for 1 year. She chairs the Ambassador Committee for the Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance (WBEA) and is very active in The Professional Group Houston (TPG Houston).

Laura graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a minor in Spanish. She is married to Art Morales and has a daughter, Laura Lee.
