Our two-day live workshops combine interactive lecture, demonstrations, activities and practice to take your coaching skills to the next level.  They also provide a great opportunity to prepare for your ICF PCC or MCC certification.  Receive 12.75 hours of ICF core competency CCEUs in a rustic retreat setting in Princeton, Texas, an hour north of Dallas.

Class size is limited to 12 coaches to ensure a high level of interaction and practice.  The workshop also offers an introduction into Equine Facilitated Learning to develop intuition and coaching presence. All interaction with our equine "coaches" is on the ground and offered on Oct 7th 2016 - $250.

Next Level Coaching is designed for coaches that have achieved a minimum of an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the ICF.  The focus of this program will be developing advanced Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC) level skills.  Oct 8th & 9th 2016 - $795

Testimonials:

"By far the best coaching training I've experienced. Seeing the instructors demonstrate and clearly explain each competency was unexpectedly compelling and a great way to make something that seems dull on the page come to life. The materials, demonstrations and activities really helped me sharpen my coaching saw."  Dawn Willis, PCC

"The Next Level Coaching Retreat is without a doubt one of the best experiences I've had in coach specific training over my 18 year career. Teresa and Max have constructed a weekend retreat that feels low key but provides a variety of well executed, experiential learning takeaways. that will benefit you immediately when you return to your office. I received way more than I anticipated; the takeaways have shifted my coaching business and my life.

The Equine Facilitated Learning activity was really special. Looking into the eyes of a 1000 lb. horse is an interesting way to slow down your own breathing, clear your head of chatter and remember how to make a soulful connection. It was amazing and I'll never forget it..." Julie Overholt, PCC

"I found the PCC to MCC retreat very valuable to my professional growth as a coach. The instructors had the required level of expertise and the structure allowed me to customize what I wanted to gain from the experience. I felt very cared for during the whole experience and allowed to learn in my own way. I would recommend it to others that want to take their coaching to the next level." Bev Wright, PCC
