At Transitions for Business we offer the option of in-house administration of employee assessments, which provides internal control over the assessment process. Your HR department will determine who is to be assessed, which tools will be used, and who will receive the resulting reports. We provide Web-based and virtual training to assessment administrators, and offer onsite training and certification to human resources and development staff for effective interpretation of results.
