The typical 360 survey doesn't always tell the whole story. When you need accurate perspective on behaviors and relationships, our live interview process delivers.
Perceptions are reality in the impact they have on the business. The “live” 360 process provides a clear picture of perspectives of those surrounding and affected by the executive. The confidential interview methodology provides the advantage of deeper insights than those available in an electronic 360. This 360 can also be conducted at both onset and completion of any of our Coaching Programs to measure results.
360 Questionnaire Development
Transitions will work with key stakeholders and the Interviewer to determine the 360 goals and develop the questions that will be included in the executive interview. We will also develop the “goal” to share with the participants at the start of each interview.
Communications Design
Transitions will develop a draft communication to 360 participants, outlining purpose/goals, process and confidentiality. The client provides final approval and sends out the communication to participants.
360 Interviews
Transitions provides a 3rd party interviewer that has proven exptertise in the 360 interview process. Interviews will occur by phone over a two-week period, dependent on quanitity and availability of participants. The interviewer will document the results of each interview and provide this information to Transitions. This documentation will not include participant information, providing full confidentiality to the participants.
360 Report ConsolidationTransitions will consolidate the interview documentation, creating a list of perspectives that represent the participant’s input. These perspectives create the situation “story.” Individual comments will be paraphrased or combined to further protect individual identities. This report can include recommendations for development, if desired by stakeholders.
Results Presentation
The client has the option to deliver the results in-house or have the Insights Coach present the findings.
