The company 360 interviews doesn't always tell the whole story.  When you need specific insights on behaviors and relationships, our live interview process delivers.

  1. We begin by co-designing 6 to 8 interview questions that get you the information you need to know.
  2. You provide a contact list of 8 to 15 participants.
  3. Our Interview Coach will conduct a 15-minute interview with each participant, using coaching inquiry skills to fully explore each question.
  4. Your Insights Coach will take the interview sheets and consolidate them into a composite story, providing full confidentiality for each participant.  This report will also contain coaching recommendations for ongoing development.
  5. You have the option to deliver the results in-house or have the Insights Coach present the findings.

This 360 can also be conducted at both onset and completion of any of our Coaching Programs to measure results.
